Troubleshooting steps:
- Verify bluetooth permissions are enabled for the Curio mobile app
- If the toy is already set up, make sure you are currently logged in with the same email address you enrolled the toy with. Once a toy has been enrolled into an account, it needs to be removed from that account before another account can claim it.
- If the toy was purchased second hand, or received as a gift from someone else, make sure the original deletes the toy from their account by tapping the gear icon “settings” on the device, and then tapping “Delete Toy” and following the on-screen instructions.
- Still having trouble, reach out to Curio customer support through the Contact Us page, and we will be happy to assist in getting the device connected.
